We Handle the Insurance Paperwork So You Don't Have To

Direct billing to most major carriers, Xactimate-format scopes, and on-site documentation. You focus on your home, we handle the claim.

How the claim works

Most Salt Lake City-area homeowners have never filed a major property claim before. Here is the four-step path from loss to repaired home.

Step 1

Call us first

We dispatch a crew 24/7 to stop the loss from spreading. Water extraction, board-up, and containment start immediately.

Step 2

We document everything

Photos, moisture maps, room-by-room scope in Xactimate format - the language adjusters use. Your file is ready before the adjuster even calls.

Step 3

You file the claim

Call your carrier within 24 hours and give them our scope and photos. We can join the call or meet the adjuster on-site if you want.

Step 4

We bill the carrier

You pay your deductible, we invoice your insurance company directly for the rest. One vendor from mitigation through reconstruction.

Usually NOT covered

  • Flood / rising surface water (separate NFIP policy required)
  • Long-term slow leaks or gradual seepage
  • Mold from unaddressed maintenance issues
  • Wear, tear, and deferred maintenance
  • Earth movement and groundwater intrusion
